A lifetime of upholstery fabrics: De Ploeg
Welcome to our latest blog post on the most recent innovations in furniture fabrics by De Ploeg. With an impressive history dating back to 1923, De Ploeg has set the standard for high-quality materials and timeless design for a century.
The furniture and curtain fabrics are not only reliable and functional but also embody a tradition of craftsmanship and honest materials. De Ploeg has always aimed for stylish interiors where sustainability and design go hand in hand. In this blog post, we highlight Mida and Nuvola, emphasizing our focus on quality, aesthetics, and a clear vision for the future of interior design.
Mida
A nice robust base fabric. The minimalist weave combined with the blended yarns lend the fabric character, allowing for versatile application. Mida incorporates yarns made from recycled PET and recycled waste from polyester and acrylic production.
Nuvola
High-end extra voluminous bouclé fabric in a blend of materials. The large bouclé loops are very soft and have a cloud-like touché, hence the name Nuvola. To enhance the 3D effect, we chose duotone colour schemes as well as tri-colour combinations.
