Renovation town hall Moerdijk

The Moerdijk town hall in Zevenbergen underwent a major renovation in 2025 to make the building sustainable, energy-efficient and future-proof. The renovation included modern, flexible workshpaces, an expanded and renewed council chamber, and additional areas that can be used by external organizations such as the library, the police and Werkplein Hart van West-Brabant.

To enhance the acoustic and visual quality of these additional spaces, Burobas (Eindhoven) selected curtains and sheer fabrics from de Ploeg. In the council chamber, the heavy, dim-out and acoustic fabric “Solid” was used, while in the offices and as room dividers the quality “Impuls” was chosen – coordinated with the luxurious carpet tiles used for the various departments.
