Rosewood Hotel, Amsterdam – Prinsengracht
Since May 2025, Rosewood Amsterdam has been located in the former Palace of Justice on the Prinsengracht. The 19th-century national monument has been transformed into an ultra-luxury five-star hotel, marking the first Dutch property for Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.
The hotel features 134 rooms and suites, including five signature suites, a spa, and several dining venues. The residential “Sense of Place” philosophy is reflected in the interior design by Studio Piet Boon, where functionality, aesthetics, and comfort come together seamlessly.
For the curtains, Studio Piet Boon selected Ploeg’s “Wax” quality – a luxurious satin-woven fabric produced in a bespoke colourway chosen specifically to complement the warm, refined character of the interior.
